This is the ultimate deal for parents whose kids want nothing more than a new furry friend (ehem – a stuffed one). Build-A-Bear is having a “Pay Your Age Day” on July 12. That’s right – on July 12 only – customers who visit a Build-A-Bear Workshop will pay their current age for a new stuffed animal.
Build-A-Bear is one of the most popular brands among kids and parents alike. They’ve got a wide range of inventory, that stretches from rainbow-colored uniforms to classic teddy bears. They give you and your child a chance to bond over a hands-on experience, and they’re famous for having helpful and devoted employees.
And sure… Our kids’ joy is priceless. We want nothing more than to see the smiles that spread across their faces when they walk out of the store with their new best friend, tucked happily in his Build-A-Bear box.
But while ‘priceless’ in theory, our wallets don’t always appreciate a trip to the store.
That’s why this deal is going to see long lines of parents and excited children in tow, eagerly waiting to meet their newest friend at the cost of whatever their kids’ current age is.
That means if you’ve got a 3-year-old, you pay $3 dollar. If you have a 4-year-old, you pay 4 dollars. This is quite possibly the best deal that B-A-B has ever seen.
Don’t get your hopes up though. The accessories are still going to be sold separately… So don’t expect to save on those cute bows or rain boots. But since you’ll be saving so much money anyway on your kids’ newest friends, you’ve got more room to splurge!
All you need to do is enroll in the free Build-a-Bear Club Rewards Program, or provide an email address and a name so a guest can pay at the time of purchase.
